Happy Wednesday or Hump day as I call it!! After all the yard work I have done I am grateful for the weekend so the family can go fishing and I can relax since I have no fishing license :) I am allergic to fish anyway! Better off this way!! I decided to indulge in a yummy dinner above a double decker taco with avocado on top also had spanish rice and asparagus (not shown).
