Quicken Barbeque Chicken

So take frozen chicken breasts and oil them lightly...then season them with spices...below I used salt ..pepper..spicy Mrs.Dash ...then place on hot hot grill and cook 20 minutes at 400 to 500...then I place a cookie sheet lined with foil if desired on grill...place chicken on cookie sheet pour bbq sauce over them and cook another 10 minutes or until chicken reads 160 on thermometer... turn down bbqer to medium heat

Roasted potatoes... in a dish cut up chunks of potatoes either peeled or not ... 2 T. Oil ..salt..pepper...grill mates chicago steak seasoning mix well place on a cookie sheet and bake 450 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown...
