Vegetable Barley Soup
- 2 Quarts of beef broth or 2 packs of McCormicks AuJus with 7 cups water mix
- 1 15 ounce can whole tomatoes
- 4 cups potatoes diced
- 3 carrots peeled and diced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 celery stalks diced
- 1/2 cup dry barley
- 2 cups diced cabbage
Then throw in all the veggies...
Then the barley
Place lid on top and cook for an hour or longer until veggies are tender.
Enjoy!
